Honey Garlic Salmon
1 lb. salmon fillets or portions
1 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven to 400° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place salmon skin side down on line baking sheet. Spread evenly with honey. Sprinkle evenly with garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bake salmon 7-10 minutes (longer for a thicker fillet).
Separate salmon from skin with spatula; skin should stick to parchment. Divide into portions and serve.
