Salmon with Bourbon Rub (bake/grill)
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Place salmon with Bourbon rub on a non stick surface or use pan spray to prevent sticking
- Cook to an internal temperature of 140°-145°F. Approximately 15-20 min
Salmon with Lemon Dill Rub (bake/grill)
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Place salmon with lemon dill rub on a non stick surface or use pan spray to prevent sticking
- Cook to an internal temperature of 140°-145°F. Approximately 15-20 min
Salmon with Honey BBQ Rub (bake/grill)
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Place salmon with honey BBQ rub on a non stick surface or use pan spray to prevent sticking
- Cook to an internal temperature of 140°-145°F. Approximately 15-20 min
Tuna with Asian Spice Rub (pan sear/grill)
- Heat a large skillet over high heat
- Once pan begins to smoke add a small amount of vegetable oil
- Sear Asian spice rub tuna 30-40 seconds on each side for medium rare
- Sear 1 1⁄2 – 3 minutes per side for well done

- Heat a large skillet over high heat
- Once pan begins to smoke add a small amount of vegetable oil
- Sear sesame rub tuna 30-40 seconds on each side for medium rare
- Sear 1 1⁄2 – 3 minutes per side for well done
