Salmon with Bourbon Rub (bake/grill)

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Place salmon with Bourbon rub on a non stick surface or use pan spray to prevent sticking
  • Cook to an internal temperature of 140°-145°F. Approximately 15-20 min

Salmon with Lemon Dill Rub (bake/grill)

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Place salmon with lemon dill rub on a non stick surface or use pan spray to prevent sticking
  • Cook to an internal temperature of 140°-145°F. Approximately 15-20 min

Salmon with Honey BBQ Rub (bake/grill)

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Place salmon with honey BBQ rub on a non stick surface or use pan spray to prevent sticking
  • Cook to an internal temperature of 140°-145°F. Approximately 15-20 min

Tuna with Asian Spice Rub (pan sear/grill)

  • Heat a large skillet over high heat
  • Once pan begins to smoke add a small amount of vegetable oil
  • Sear Asian spice rub tuna 30-40 seconds on each side for medium rare
  • Sear 1 1⁄2 – 3 minutes per side for well done

Tuna with Sesame Rub (pan sear/grill)

  • Heat a large skillet over high heat
  • Once pan begins to smoke add a small amount of vegetable oil
  • Sear sesame rub tuna 30-40 seconds on each side for medium rare
  • Sear 1 1⁄2 – 3 minutes per side for well done
