Broiled Lemon-Dill Pollock

Serves: 4

1/3 cup minced fresh dill
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
4 pollock fillets, about 6 oz ea.

Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes. Remove fish from bag; discard marinade.
Prepare broiler.
Place fish in broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
