Baked Haddock with Lemon Zest

Serves: 4-6

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. haddock fillets
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup butter melted
2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
2 tsp grated lemon zest
¼ tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
Cut haddock into serving size pieces and place in an oiled baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over haddock.
Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
